Happy Thanksgiving

It's a beautiful day and I am getting ready to go to the gubala's for Thanksgiving Day. Yippee! I spent two hours making mashed potatoes last night - 15 lbs of potato, 7 bricks of cream cheese, 2 cartons of sour cream - and LOTS of mixing!!
